var majorCaption  = new Array( 'first eight pics are the winners - here, greg gets gobbled by the foamball but refuses to give up. on october 3, a good day was had by greg and stacy. frisbee golf, waves and a greg brown + robert earl keen concert. these 80 or so pics were taken with my garbage little fuji fd100 camera & water houseing in the 26th street beach shorebreak in santa cruz. all pics of potential note are included.', 'greg nails the framing with this shot. then the wave nails gregs head into the sand. me, riding the wave, gets a nice little barrel, then nailed too.', 'the up-close arm-extender. every wave, the rider and camera man would both get absolutely grounded.', 'my effort at the arm extender. in this hour of punishment, at least 1/4 of the pacific ocean passed through our sinuses at some point. along with half the beach.
